Strength and Conditioning

Hoops College offers strength and conditioning training for any athlete, not just basketball players. A strength and conditioning program is critical for athletic success, overall health and well being, and injury prevention.

The best ability is availability. Your strength and conditioning is the foundation for being available. If you’re not tired and you’re not injured, you will be more available to improve on your skills and be ready to play your sport.

Vertimax training is included in our strength and conditioning programming. ┬áIf you want to include monthly basketball training, you’ll get 25% off of your strength and conditioning package.

A single strength and conditioning session will be in an intense 60-minute workout.
