Strength and Stamina

Physical fitness is critical to being the best basketball player possible.  Just like with everything, there are different levels of fitness.  These sessions will focus on the athlete’s ability to be more athletic. Running faster, jumping higher, having better balance, and having better body control are all critical to the being successful as an athlete. Some athletes may be more naturally athletic than others, but any athlete can improve their strength and stamina if they work at it consistently.  

These sessions are 30 minutes long at our Concord location.  They will challenge the athlete physically and the results will show if they attend consistently.  Athletes who already attend basketball training will receive a 10% discount on these sessions.
